OUR STUD MALE "SAKO" (THE DUTCH CALL HIM PSYCHO) HAS RETURNED FROM HOLLAND. HE GAINED HIS DUTCH PH1 CERTIFICATION WITH ONLY 12 MONTHS TRAINING IN HOLLAND. SAKO SCORED 428 POINTS, MET LOF OUT OF A POSSIBLE 440. "MET LOF" MEANS HE SCORED HIS POINTS WITH PRONOUNCED BRAVERY. HE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT STUD TO WORKING STRAIN BITCH'S. SAKO WILL BE ONE OF ONLY THREE DUTCH QUALIFIED PH1 MALES IN THE UK. HE WAS ONE OF A LITTER OF 8 MALES. ALL HIS SEVEN BROTHERS ARE SERVING POLICE DOGS HERE IN THE UK. AS A PUPPY SAKO WAS OFTEN DESCRIBED AS BEING JUST TOO MUCH TO HANDLE. AS AN ADULT YOU COULD NOT WISH TO MEET A MORE HIGHLY DRIVEN AND WELL BALANCED AND SOCIABLE DOG

SAKO WAS RECENTLY USED AT STUD BY THE METROPOLITAN POLICE (LONDON) & ALSO SURREY POLICE
On the 1st of June 2008 I competed with Sako in the South East Holland regional KNPV championships in Haps, Netherlands.
We were placed 4th out of 9 competitors with a score of 421 out of 440 points.
We made history by being the first British dog and handler team to compete in a KNPV trial!

On Saturday the 5th of July me and Sako competed in the British Police and Services Canine Association annual trial. Despite having suffered heat stroke on the day before the trial Sako won the Neil Yates Memorial trophy of the best manwork round. He scored 235 1/2 out of 250 beating his next nearest competitor by 10 points with a total of 21 dog and handler teams entered.
